2. Tailored training designed to meet needs highlighted in climate assessment, with company leadership input
3. On-site training series
4. Follow-up assessment to measure change and future organization needs
A limited number of contracts of this size are available, and offered at three levels: Entry, Associate, and Comprehensive
Hourly Consultation
Twin Star Diversity Trainers are also available for phone/video conference consultation. This service is appropriate for companies or individuals who have an identity/diversity related question or recent conflict that they would like help navigating.
